- Career milestones
I have finished my Business Studies at the applied University of Mannheim in 1999. My career started in the Controlling department at Unilever. which was important to broaden my basics in economics. My key learnings at Unilever: working with humans inspires myself more than trading figures. Thus, I took the opportunity at Danet as HR specialist with the emphasis on trainees in 2001. In 2004, I was offered the position as HR Manager. In building a central shared service organisation first time in Danet I could introduce my skills in psychology and labour laws. In accordance with the new regional structure of Devoteam, I am promoted to be the HR Director of Central Europe.
- Everyday life
I am focusing on the roll-out of the new HR model not only in Germany but also in the region. My goal: go for standard and industrialized processes to improve efficiency and to enable the units to focus on business.
- Personal life
Due to the fact that my relatives are coming form Croatia, I intent to show my husband and my two children this beautiful landscape. Thus, I prefer to spent multiple times a year in Split to see my parents, my relatives and to enjoy all kind of water sports, such as swimming, snorkeling and boating.
